This policy explains what personal information Api Hotel And Restaurant collects, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible.

1. What this website stores

• Nothing. This website has no accounts or logins, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Your food order and booking details stay in your own browser until you send them to us on WhatsApp. They are not saved on this website.
• When you close the opening announcement, your browser remembers that for this visit only (session storage), so it is not shown again. This is deleted when you close the tab.

2. What you send us

When you order food or request a booking, WhatsApp opens with a message you can read before sending. If you send it, we receive:

• your name and your WhatsApp phone number
• for orders: the dishes, and your delivery address or table number
• for bookings: the type of booking, date, number of guests and any note you add

If you call or email us, we receive what you tell us.

3. How we use it

We use this information only to prepare and deliver your order, to handle your booking, and to contact you about it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We handle it with your consent, in line with Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).

4. Other companies involved

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to them.
• Our website hosting provider may record technical details, such as your IP address, in its server logs.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so Google can see your IP address when the fonts load.
• Google Maps, Facebook and TikTok open only if you click their links, and their own policies apply.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and booking messages only as long as needed to serve you and to keep the business records the law requires. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below.

7. Children

Bookings and orders should be made by adults.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
