These terms apply when you use this website to order food or to request a booking at Api Hotel And Restaurant.

1. Orders

• An order or booking request sent from this website is a request. It is confirmed only when we reply to you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Dishes depend on availability. If something is not available, we will tell you and offer an alternative.
• Please tell us about any food allergies before you order.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Nepali Rupees, as printed on our menu. Prices and the menu can change, and the price we confirm when you order is the one that applies.
• Any tax or service charge is confirmed when you order.
• Food orders are paid when you receive them or at the counter. Rooms and events need an advance payment to be confirmed.

3. Home delivery

We deliver free of charge within Kohalpur. Delivery times depend on how busy the kitchen is and on the distance, and we will give you an estimate when we confirm your order.

4. Rooms and events

Room rates are Rs 1,500 or Rs 1,800 per night, depending on the room. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Bookings are covered by our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

5. This website

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date, but mistakes can happen. If the website and the hotel disagree about a price or a detail, please ask us and we will confirm. The website's content and our logo belong to Api Hotel And Restaurant.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Nothing in them limits your rights under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018).
